Who We Are

At Beyond Residential Care, we collaborate with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder to provide the highest standard of residential care services, maximize the quality of life for our clients, and provide support in achieving the highest possible level of independence.

We, at Beyond Residential Care, know that no two individuals have the same history, the same needs, the same preferences, or the same goals. We prioritize responding to each client’s established Personal Care Plan and create adapted, personalized service to meet their needs. Our end goal is to foster curiosity, personal interest, encourage our residents to participate in their community, and to support our clients’ goals. We also seek to foster more compassionate surroundings by providing service within a home environment.

Beyond Residential Care has cultivated great passion for the community that we serve, a chronically underserved subset of our population. With our work, we hope to do our part in reversing the societal imbalance. Beyond Residential Care social workers will support our clients to explore their hidden/silent talents, build self-confidence and community networking.
